Hourly, Association Management & Meeting Planning firm in Chandler, Arizona seeking solid performer with strong work ethic to support a busy, productive and energetic team. Work concentrated on on-site support for corporate and association events and meetings. On-site support includes, but is not limited to, assistance with set-up, break down, event flow and registration desk staffing. Exceptional people skills with top notch clear verbal skills and professional demeanor are key. This is an hourly position that is scheduled based on upcoming events with most events taking place in peak seasons during the spring and fall.
Qualifications: Previous experience working with events. Additional qualities that are preferred include; positive attitude, proactive, service oriented, self-sufficient worker, fast learner, multi-tasker and people person. Must have reliable transportation.
