Every contract is as unique as our clients! KCA will work with you in your RFP process to put together your unique scope of work, determine the appropriate cost structure and contract lengths. All contract terms and conditions will be presented during the RFP process for your review up front.
For full association management services, we ask for the following information to be included in your Request for Proposal (RFP) for us to provide you with the most accurate information:
- List of services requested
- Anticipated start date
- Past three months of financial reports
For event management services, please provide:
- List of services requested
- Anticipated start date/date of event
Depending on your needs, our team can jump in right away! For full association management, 60 days’ notice is requested.
