Sarah started her journey at Grand View University in Iowa, where she earned a bachelor's degree in special education, and played collegiate softball- go Vikings! From there, she went on to earn her master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Edinboro University, setting the stage for a career built on teamwork, communication, and keeping things running smoothly.

Sarah spent several years as a special education teacher before becoming an instructional coach, supporting educators, leading professional development, and keeping systems organized and efficient. Now, she's excited to bring that same energy, adaptability, and attention to detail to the world of executive support- making sure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork!

Outside of work, Sarah is all about family, fresh air, and sports! Most weekends, you’ll find her and her husband cheering on our son and daughter at their games, exploring trails, and hitting up the parks!
