Cathy's journey in the industry began at KCA after graduating from Arizona State University with a BS in Communications. In her initial role with KCA, she worked tirelessly as an administrator. Through dedication and a relentless pursuit of excellence, she swiftly ascended the ranks, progressing from coordinator to manager, then to director of operations, and eventually to vice president. Today, as the proud President and Owner of KCA, Cathy stands as a testament to the power of hard work, determination, and unwavering commitment to her craft.
