Desirae has been in the association management industry since 2014 and currently serves as Director of Operations for KCA Association Management. In her role, she manages the KCA team, assists in business development, provides oversight on financial processes and general compliance on state and national matters. She currently serves as Executive Director for state-based and national associations.

Desirae is a graduate of Arizona State University (Go Devils!) and received degrees in Supply Chain Management and Business Tourism from the W. P. Carey School of Business. She also received certificates in Special Event Management and Convention Sales and Meeting Planning. Desirae has a Certificate of Excellence in Nonprofit Leadership and Management through the Society for Nonprofits and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) through the American Society of Association Executives.

Outside of her career, she has served on the board for a non-profit modern dance company as well as serving on the Arizona Historical Society Northern Chapter board since 2015. In 2021, Desirae was appointed by Governor Doug Ducey to serve on the Arizona Historical Society state board of directors. In her spare time, Desirae enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
