As association coordinator, Laura is skilled in customer service, problem solving, and quick decision-making, and brings a positive and flexible attitude to every project she works on. Whether it is planning annual conferences or award ceremonies, she always has a client focused approach and a smile on her face. Assisting with day-to-day administrative operations, Laura is involved in marketing, event planning, and membership and budget management for her clients. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University she studied abroad and received her Master’s degree from Middlesex University in London, England where she developed strong adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills.

Laura traveled through Southeast Asia and Australia where she worked in Sydney for a year and her love for travel and new experiences grew immensely. She is driven and inspired by new challenges and thinking outside of the box and enjoys working with the dedicated KCA team to deliver successful, rewarding programs. Laura loves trying new foods, her chocolate lab named Kona, and being at the beach.

Fun Fact: Laura is obsessed with all animals, especially pigs and alpacas!
